Kärnten läuft 2026 – 25 Years of the Wörthersee Half Marathon

From 28 to 30 August, Klagenfurt and its surroundings will transform into perhaps the most beautiful running stage in Europe. Turquoise blue water, enthusiastic spectators and a unique finish experience on Lake Wörthersee. And of course, both races will take place directly on the lake: the half marathon starting in Velden and the quarter marathon (10.5 km) starting in Pörtschach am Wörthersee.

Everyone will receive a medal at the finish line and a refreshing summer swim in the Alpine lake awaits them.
