Customer satisfaction survey at the NLB Ljubljana Marathon

Now is the opportunity to evaluate your experience at the NLB Ljubljana Marathon, what was great and what we need to improve. We kindly ask all runners to become part of the user experience research by completing the questionnaire and fill out the survey to the end. The results of the survey will become part of further consideration and will benefit the improvement of the runners' experience. Last year we received over 2,000 completed surveys, of which 1,160 were your comments, and we introduced 15 major improvements.
