Plan B for summer days

High summer is really perfect for laziness in cold shade, with a cold drink and watching sports on TV. But this does not mean that you have to stop training for the October VW Ljubljana Marathon.

Follow your plan: Home or basement, where it is colder, use for stretching and strengthening exercises (you have to perform them every day!), run, cycle, swim, go to the hills… Move early in the morning or late evening when the temperatures are more bearable. The date of the VW 27th Ljubljana Marathon is approaching irresistibly, as it has remained less than ninety days until the start.
