The number of participants in running events is growing world wide, and this trend is also very noticable at the NLB Ljubljana Marathon. 

The Slovenian Tourism Organization, which has been particularly intensively promoting Slovenia as a sports tourism destination in recent years, is also aware that the NLB Ljubljana Marathon represents a great potential for strengthening the visibility and reputation of Slovenia as a sports and tourism destination and the I FEEL SLOVENIA brand.
