Information for runners
Medical help will be available along the course at every refreshment station and at the finish line. All refreshment stations will be aquipped with AED devices - defibrillators. We request all the runners to fill the form on the back side of the starting number, where is the important information in case of medical emergency.
PREVENTIVE MEDICAL EXAMINATION
We recommend runners to take a preventive medical examination up to 30 days before the competition and obtain a doctor's confirmation that they are healthy and endeavor ready.
